Is this authorized? Yes — each request carries the patient's electronically signed release, sent with the coversheet. Treat it like any signed authorization.
Do I need an account? No. The code + request ID on the coversheet is all you need.
What if I already faxed it? Open the request — anything already received (fax or upload) is listed with dates and page counts so you never double-send.
We use our own release form / charge a fee. Open the request and use "Can't fulfill as-is" to tell the patient exactly what you need — they'll be guided through your process.
What formats? PDF preferred; images accepted. Uploads are encrypted in transit and route directly to the patient's records vault.
